Polyferrous™

At ecoFINISH®, we developed Polyferrous™: a system that combines the benefits of our X40Z zinc-enriched epoxy primer with a beautiful and tough polyethylene external flame spray powder coating. This system creates cathodic protection that provides an effective anti-corrosive, rust-preventative and decorative coating that offers superior chemical resistance.

Our Polyferrous™ system significantly extends the useful life of your ferrous metal structure and imparts cathodic protection to the base metal. Once applied, finish cures to a tough, non-convertible coating at ambient or elevated temperature that can be used above or submerge under water. Any of our ecoFINISH® powders can be used with the Polyferrous™ system; aquaBRIGHT™, polyFIBRO®, and Commercial.
