aquaticLIFE™ has unmatched abrasion, corrosion and chemical resistance. Unlike commonly used epoxy paints that sit on top of the concrete, aquaticLIFE polyethylene coating is embedded into the concrete, providing superior adhesion that is highly resistant to chipping and peeling. Aquariums and marine life containers go through a lot of use and stress, and our flexible coating is made to adjust for these dynamic changes without disbonding from its tank wall substrate. Under ASTM testing methods, a 3000-hour test revealed no visual indication of color change or gloss loss from the damaging effects of UV exposure, with a bond strength greater than 850 PSI.

aquaticLIFE™ Coatings for Marine Life are available in 13 colors that range from lighter reflective colors to allow visibility at underwater viewing windows to natural mid-tone blues and greys. You and your customers will love the look, and the animals will benefit from the soft feel, the easy care, and the lower chemical usage. aquaticLIFE™ can be applied to new or remodeled aquatic surfaces to provide a beautiful, long-lasting finish. The cure time is just a matter of minutes, allowing quick application and return to service with minimal downtime, and during routine maintenance can be easily power washed, even underwater.

Not only UV stable and chemical resistant, but with proper installation, aquaticLIFE™ won't chalk and the colors won't fade or bleed into the water. If the coating becomes damaged through uncommon use, it's easily repaired. Our base polymer is FDA food packaging safe. And because our coatings are certified NSF / ANSI 61 potable drinking water safe, you don't have to worry about chemicals leaching into the water, letting you breathe easier, knowing that your animals are in a safe environment.
